Hi lybrate-user, Firstly, to get rid of gas problem you should eat food that are easily digestible. Avoid fried food, junk food, soft drinks etc. Excersise regularly and do morning or evening walk. Take small frequent meals instead of heavy 2 or 3 meals. Chew food properly for better digestion. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water. To gain weight, add protein rich food like pulses, eggs and fish if non vegetarian. Hope this helps.
