I have a shop. An in last 1 year my weight in increased to 76 kg and my fat is increased and I am just 22 years old. What should I do?

Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated.
