I went for a widal test, and the report comes positive with a minor increase ,but I can not feel any symptoms of typhoid or fever, is any kind of silent typhoid exists in our body and what are its effects? The widal blood test is preferred by a local doctor for diagnosing a actual reason of my hair fall problem.

If you don't have any symptoms of Typhoid, there is nothing to worry. Slight increase in Widal test is not clinically relevant. There is nothing called silent Typhoid.
