Your wt. Is too much for your height. Indigestion is just a tip of an iceberg. There can be a lot more underlying problems. Start with eating right and simple exercises like walking, jogging,etc. Make a firm resolve now and start today. Better late than never. Also you need complete body blood tests done at the earliest.
