Hello doctors. I am 25 year old boy my problem is I eat excessive amount of non veg food. Means all days in week I eat in lunch nd also sometimes in night also I mostly eat chicken and fish but all are home made curry nd gravy. Will this lead to any kind of diseases in future to me? Thanks.

Yes our digestive system is not made for chiken and other nonvegiterian food like that of carnivorse- lion, tiger etc. So you should not eat nonvege in excessive amount. Twice or thrice a month is ok. It will defenately causes digestive dissorders in future like constipation, indigestion.

Hi lybrate-user excess of anything is bad. Don't take very high proteins if you are not a very active worker. It will end up accumulated in body n contribute to weight gain. Try to take balance diet .if you are not able to understand what to eat you can ask for diet chart.
