Hi, I am facing serious problem of dandruff - flakes since long. Used all type of shampoo-ketoconazole based, ayurvedic, D free, hair oils, homeopathic medicine and what not. But it is not going completely, only changing it's intensity. It is creating flakes on skin, around 3 to 5 mm in size. Also it is spread on ear outer skin. Suggest effective treatment method.

Measures to combat dandruff: 1) use an antidandruff shampoo like selsun, every sunday for 4 weekends. 2) eat vitamin b and zinc supplement. 3) manage stress. 4) do not oil your scalp, but maintain cleanliness of scalp by shampooing twice a week and rinse hair properly after shampoo.
