I have weight gain issue After eating properly it's not increasing M married from last two years. M fit Nd don't HV any health issue jst d weight gain issue.

You may be eating a lot but the kind of food you eat that has to be seen. Avoid those junk foods( namkeens, biscuit, burgers, pizzas ) and colas .Never skip breakfast . Your breakfast should be heavy -- boiled eggs, parantha with ghee, paneer sandwiches . You can have milkshakes and protein shakes, fruit juices. Have pulses , raita, roti , rice in lunch and veggies with roti in dinner. Have 6 small meals and don't drink water before meals. Eat in big plates. Slowly increase your intake of food. At night boil 4 dates in milk and have it. Sleep for at least 8 hrs. Remain stress free. Do pranayam.
