My Friend is underweight she want to gain weight but she can't gain weight & she also lost her immunity. please suggest any supplement food can be help her to gain weight or consult to Dr. or nutritionist to gain weight.

Avoid those junk foods( namkeens, biscuit, burgers, pizzas ) and colas .Never skip breakfast . Your breakfast should be heavy -- boiled eggs, parantha with ghee, paneer sandwiches . You can have milkshakes and protein shakes, fruit juices. Have pulses , raita, roti , rice in lunch and veggies with roti in dinner. Have 6 small meals and don't drink water before meals. Eat in big plates. Slowly increase your intake of food. At night boil 4 chuaras in milk and have it. Sleep for at least 8 hrs. Remain stress free. Do pranayam. Eat green veggies, citrus fruits to increase your immunity.
