I have desk job my weight is increased to 75 kgs-85 kgs. I what to decrease the weight. What should I do?

Start with any physical activity during the day like walk/ jog/ running etc. Take regular and frequent meals at two hourly. morning breakfast should be on time. take high fiber and low carbohydrate diet. plenty of water will be helpful. make a regular check of your weight
