Hey! I'm on a protien diet and I tend to take more protien in everything I eat as I'm trying to build muscle. Everyday, I drink this shake made up of 150 ml milk, curd or Greek yogurt, peanut butter 1tsp, and a apple. Is the combination right? Can milk and curd be taken together? Please guide me. Any suggestions to add to the shake is appreciated. Thank you.

Yes but not one after the another. You can maintain a gap of 2 hours between taking milk and curd. Drink soya-milk instead 200 ml daily
