Appears to me, its been a longtime since you got your full mouth cleaning. There might b a gum infection. Get an x ray done to check root canal done tooth s fine. Then get your teeth cleaned. Solves your problem.

After RCT if pain still persists and there is swelling around tooth, then immediately consult your dentist for this. He will do an x-ray of that tooth and advice you for that. It may be possible that he will do re-RCT of that tooth.
