Sir will I get my skin back. As it is completely damaged due to the use of betnovate n for long time. Now im getting pimples. It as been made my face ugly. Right now im using dermadew soap and dermadew calamine lotion. Can I get some any other solution through tablets or treatment .im diabetic person. Im taking jalra 50/1000 and diamicron 60 mg pill for sugar control along with this im taking tazloc for BP and roseday10 for cholesterol. Plzzz suggest me some remedies.

Please Alone medicine, creams etc won't work permanently Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do facial exercises daily Take carrots and beet root juice daily Take salads, vegetable juices, soups more Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc, processed foods Take Tab purim by Himalaya 2 2 for 3 mths Mahamnjishtadi kadha 20 ml twice a day for 3 months Lohasav 10 ml twice a day for 3 months These points will help you in diabetes and hypertension also.
