How to consume about 90grms of protein per day from daily intake I'm using fitness pal app to gain weight and its working right I have put on 2 kg in one month but my protein intake is less I complete hardly 40 to 30grams in a day. And it seems I'm just gaining fat since my belly looks bigger than before so please suggest me some protein rich foods except dry fruits and less eggs.

If you eat more and do not exercise, then all the excess weight will come to your belly. Please start exercising regularly for one hour. When you exercise, your body weight will get distributed all over the body. You can add more foods that contain high proteins. 90 grams is not required. Upto 50 gram protein per day is good enough for your body.
