Hi I am 28 years old. I work in a private company. For a past few weeks I feel very tired most of the times and I feel very weak. And I also feel a little pain in my heart. I am not able to get sleep very good. Can I get some help?

Try to increase your stamina by eating healthy foods on specified time and do some exercise also. Eat lots of green veggies, citrus fruits, nuts and protein rich foods.Go to bed at night at same time and have your dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. Have a glass of warm milk with honey before sleeping.
