I am suffering from a dental cavity in my teeth, no any pain feels, but I sense uncomfortable when drinks cold water. What should I do for it. Please help me.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth. Most likely it is because of the caries only you are having sensitivity but to actually know the depth of the decay we need to have an x-ray done. If it is not deep ie the caries is not involving pulp then filling can be done.

Since the tooth in not paining and you feel sensitivity on cold it suggest that cavity is in eary stage which can be restored so consult dentist.
