I am 20 year old but my skin is very very loose. I look like 40 yeas old. Few month ago I do masturbation. Now I leave masturbation. For skin what I do?

You need to do toning down type of exercises. This includes Yoga, and all stretching exercises. Swimming is just excellent for this too. Exercise is anyway good for a variety of reasons and will definitely firm up your skin. If you were obese and then reduced your weight drastically and in a short time without exercises, you are likely to suffer this problem too.
