I have pain in my shoulder. What should I do for heal it. Actually I am doing gym n on that time I have little jerk in my shoulder.

it may be due to muscle pull out in gymming, so you can apply hot pad alternately with ice pack three times a day. if pain persist longer you can consult me

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.
