I am 58 years old, male, with mixed depression and anxiety and Schizophrenia since 20 years. Currently, I am on the following drugs: Depression = Venlor XR 75 mg 1-0-1Anxiety = Espazine 1 mg 1-1-0Schizophrenia = Trinicalm plus 1-0-1This combination has been prescribed by my psychiatrist and there is relief. I have 4 questions. Please answer them. A) Is this combination OK, or are there any contra-indications? B) There is Trifluoperazine in both Trinicalm plus (5 mg) and Espazine 1 mg. Therefore, will there be any test, because I am taking 12 mg in total? C) Will this combination increase the sugar level in blood as I am diabetic? D) Will this combination aggravate symptoms of Asthma, as I am Asthmatic also? Kindly, answer at the earliest.

This combination is OK, no problem in this combination. Dose trifluoperazine is also OK, not to worry. It is also safe in diabetes and asthma. If you have not any symptoms on this combination than its OK. Continue same. Follow regularly to psychiatrist.
