Dear Lybrateuser, -Avoid exposure to cold weather & dust -have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup, avoid cold fluids -do steam inhalation twice a day -have more of fruits & vegetables, protein foods to boost your immunity -have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration -do regular exercises like walking, jogging, also do yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning.
