Dear Lybrateuser, - Avoid exposure to cold weather, avoid cold fluids, have warm water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - to improve your immunity have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, protein foods like eggs, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, legumes, sprouts, have whole grains, lean meats, nuts - have a teaspoon of honey daily at breakfast - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, also do yoga, deep breathing for 5-10 min daily in the morning - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, try to keep sleep & wake up time fixed - have at least 8-10 glasses of water daily for proper hydration.
