Hi sir. my age 22 and my weight is 49 kg. Last time i'm using li 52. Then I am gaining my weight. So I can take it continue. Suggest me a better option to gain weight and build muscles. But taking food is the not better option for me because I am not hungry for a long time after a heavy meal. And I also have digestive problem. Please help me.?

You can safely continue with liv52 at the same time, also do some exercise. Take high protein diet with eggs, chicken, fish and soya in vegetarians take milk and milk products daily eat fresh fruits and dark salads drink at least 3 lts water in a day sleep for 6-8 hours at night ask these will help improve your general health take smaller meals if you have some digestion problem.
