Hello lybrate-user, there seem to be no apparent reason for the lethargy that you are suffering from, except low blood pressure. The best way to treat low blood pressure is to take protein rich diet, specially non veg. Taking fresh air and doing yoga specially pranayama. Increase salt content in your food and considering to put down the stress that you may be going through. If you are not helped please contact further for the same. With homeopathy you can be treated promptly and safely.
