Hi I am 76 I am getting pain in both hands specifically thumbs and wrists otherwise I am of sound health and able to walk 4 to 5 kms at a stretch please advise.

To reduce symptoms follow this home advices: 1.Ice/heat packs 2.Massage 3.Stretching 4.Exercise Resisted finger and thumb extension Palm up position - for thumb extension and abduction strength Thumb up position - for thumb extension and abduction strength Resisted radial deviation In thumb up position Resisted supination In thumb up position Resisted thumb opposition In thumb up position 5.Thumb spica splint can be used Refer a Physiotherapist for Modalities and Manual techniques Thank you.
