Hi Control of diabetes is not just with medications alone but with proper balanced diet, regular exercise and destressing exercises. Exercising everyday for atleast 30min a day is helpful. Diet: Have small meals every 2-3 hours. Avoid white rice, sugar, refined flour, oily foods, fried foods, Junk foods, bakery products. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and greens. Have 2-3 almonds and 1 walnut everyday. Increase your protein intake like 2 egg whites a day, paneer or tofu, channa, dal. soya.
