I am suffering with white hair my age is just 18 and starting they are just few 5-6 and with in a span of 2 months they increased a lot on right side that too like a crowd some hundreds of white hair came .how to stop those white hair and is there any way to make those white hair again into black with out using dyes or like that. What is the best way to treat them? With out medicines.

Although graying of hair is a natural process as you get older but at your age it may be a reason of too much stress and bad eating habits. Try to be happy throughout the day. Listen to your favourite music to relax your brain and muscles. Also, Having a highly acidic diet (Junk food, Pickles etc.) increases hair graying. Try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and drink ample amount of water to keep your body alkaline (opposite of acidic).
