Hey. Doctors. I am an athlete. Playing skating hockey since 2000. I just started gym. I remain busy in work game n all stuff so its really hard to fulfill protein for my body. My trainer asked me to take whey protein for enhance muscles n strength. So is it oK to start protein? I do not want that type of body like gymers have. Stiff body n all.
