Your abdominal muscles have fat accumulation which have made them weak and so the stomach comes out. You will have to do stomach exercises to strengthen these muscles so that your stomach does not bulge. Increase your physical activity, consume less carbohydrates, avoid sitting for long periods, have a balanced diet with good amount of fiber such as salads and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of water. Do not sleep on full stomach, immediately after eating. All these measures should help you.
