I am 23 years female. My height was 160 cm and my weight was 70. But I don't each much food. My mom says my body was like hers with full of water but not fat. Is it true. Can I reduce my body weight is it possible. If possible what I have to do. I did thyroid test also but no thyroid.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. So much weight cannot be water retention. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Reducing food intake randomly will not cause weight loss. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer.
