All foods prepared in kitchen is good for blood pressure and sugar. For blood pressure you have to avoid bakery and packed things and chinese food in the market. For sugar avoid sugar ,fruit juices,fast food and fried food.

Please Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc, processed foods Take beet root, green leafy vegetables, carrots, regularly Take sprouts, Soyabean regularly Avoid white sugars, rice, sweets Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do meditation regularly These all points will help you in diabetes and hypertension
