My weight is 74 kg and height is 5'11 age 23. So I want to know that how much protien and fat required on daily basis.

Hello, For active, working-out individuals one has to consume around 2 grams protein per kilogram of body weight. Ie. If your weight is 70 kg, then you require 140 gms protein daily if you are into gymming. But if you are a sedentary persons, your daily requirement is just 0.8 gms per kg body weight ie. 56 gms which we easily get from our daily food. Regarding Fats ,they should constitute not more than 30% of your daily intake. Daily calorie requirement at your age is 2800 Kcal.
