It's been two months since I have joined gym and I have lost only 3 kgs. I am also following a diet but I don't understand what is going wrong. I need a better diet plan so that I can lose weight fast since I have been working out a minimum of 2 hours at the gym, still the results are not quite satisfying. I don't eat any processed food or junk food. Only salad and dal for dinner. And 1 chapati with vegetable for lunch. Plus I keep eating a fruit or some nuts every 2-3 hours. Please help me with my diet plan.

Skip breakfast and have lunch at 10.30 a.m. Dinner at 6.00p.m. In between take milk, dry fruits if feel hungry. Avoid wheat, corn, potato, stale and fermented food.

hello mam, take hot water before and after meals. have small and frequent meals. take high fiber diet. take green veg. avoid potatoes, juice, sweet, sugar, rice, white bread,dessert , egg yolk. take coconut water with lemon juice. take black coffee without sugar before workout. take luke warm water with aloe vera juice early morning empty stomach .don't skip your breakfast specially.

Firstly you have lost 3 Kgs through proper exercise and diet, that itself is appreciable. At this rate you can lose 18 Kgs in one year. So my advice will be 1. Be patient and be consistent 2. Slow and steady wins the race in weight loss 3. You must take a roti in dinner also else you are missing out on essential carbohydrates 4. Two hours of Gym is good, but in that spend at least 60 minutes on intense cardio for maximum weight loss 5. You can count and monitor your daily calories through myfitnesspal App. This will give you a clear picture of what is going wrong in your approach if any. 6. All the best
