I am 21 years I used hydroquinone cream 4% for acne marks and for complexion given by my skin doctor I used for few months I got clear skin and fair complexion now that I have stopped using that cream I notice my complexion is getting dull and I want to how to maintain the complexion and can my skin be normal after stopping using that cream and if not then how to be back to normal skin.

Further during the usage and after stopping it you have to continue with a mild cleanser and a good sunscreen based on your skin type to maintain the results achieved. You can revisit your doctor and look for non hydroquinone based skin lightening treatments that can help to get back your skin tone. Keep yourself well hydrated and never miss your sunscreen when out in sun.
