you are too young, and can reduce easily. bit of lifestyle will help you. start with any physical activity like walk or running will help you. take high protein meal pattern in your diet like dairy products, beans, egg etc. avoid excess of junk food and packed food. take plenty of water do check your fat and muscles mass too, sometimes irregularity of these leads to obesity.
