I practice shuttle-badminton regularly but since a month I get shoulder pain after practice ,I also tried some medications but not helpful ,pain is even more severe when I sleepy what may be the reason?

There may be some strain in shoulder. Do hot fomentation and take Arnica 200 / 3 times a day for 7 days. If pain persist then consult.

Hello Lybrate user, Take a break from badminton. Take 1 week off during which do gentle stretching of shoulder muscles. Do plenty of icing. If you don't improve consult an orthopaedic. Do get back. If you have more queries. Happy playing.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Kali phos 200x + Nat mur 200x, 4 tab with thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online,
