I am in my 4th month of pregnancy with ivf, twins, having high bp and diabetes. I am unable to sleep properly. I dnt want to take sleeping pills. I am on complete bed rest. What shall I do to have proper sleep.

I am sure your blood pressure and diabetes is under control. That is most important point in pregnancy treatment. You need not take sleeping pills. Doing some activity, in the form of breathing exercises and within home walking etc (if your obstetrician agrees) will help you get sleep better.

Read books, take walks ,and eat a balanced diet, by reading books as in keeping mentally and physically absorbed automatically gets you exhausted and sleepy

You do meditaion and reduce stress and complete bed rest does not mean you cannot walk around in the house
