Jeevan Sex is physiological need of each person. Maturbation fullfill the need to reduce anxiety. Masturbation is not bad if you do 2 or 3 times a week It is good if you do masturbate very frequently and put on excessive pressure on the part used then fatigueness is developed as more ATP were used. Guilt of masturbation has more impact on your mind. It creat stress. You said you prefered more woman than girl.
