hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. take salad before meals. drink more water in a day. don't take rice at night. take small and frequent meals. don't skip breakfast. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you diet chart for loose weight.

Hello, Here are some simple tips ,which arent time consuming and quite effective. 1. Take staircases whrever you go,no elevators needed. 2. Drink 1 glass of water per hour. 3. Have high water content fruits and vegetables. 4. Dont be compulsive eater,or eat just because you are bored. 5. Take the opportunity to get off from your desk whenever you are able to do so. 6. Manage stress and avoid outside food,bakery products,alcohol completely.
