Hello sir n mam Meri Jo wife hai uske 2-3 din se left side me back chest me n chest ke niche kafi pain hota hai sans leti hai to bhi wahi dard hota hai subha bahut Tez hota hai n sham tak kam hojata hai please help.

Dear user, it seems there is some sprain while sleeping in incorrect posture and also cold stiffness of that particular group of muscles leading to these pain. She needs to take warm water bath for few days along with it use two medicine Rhus Tox 200 and Bryonia 30 once daily each for 5 days keeping 4 hrs apart between two meds.
