I read on Lybrate that we should add vinegar in a glass of water and drink it before the meal to lower the craving for food. Can you please tell more about it? Which type of vinegar and in what quantity?

to loss weight there is no shortcut. you should follow low calorie diet and running with excersise for many months .stop sweets ,fatty good,fast food.
