Respected doctor. I am 37 year old male. I have started doing dumbbells curl but my target is only to get strength and not to get bigger muscle. please tell me how much workout should I do. Thanks.

You have to improve the tone of the muscles by doing workouts with sand bags and with more weights,that would not make the muscle to grow bigger however it makes the muscle to become stronger.
