I have severe back pain. The exact location is the start of the spinal cord. The pain at times becomes very severe. I am 47 years old and had undergone 3 caesarian and have 2 children. I lost my first child after giving birth to her. My second child is a girl and third is a boy. I am a housewife and I give tuitions. The tenure of tuition lasts for 6 to 7 hours a day. The pain gives rise to head ache too. Kindly suggest some remedy for this.

In addition to treatment given by Dr. Banerjee I would suggest to use essential oil like lavender. All these symptoms erupt through stress and exhaustion. Lavender oil will help you complement your healing process. It will take care of the headache you mentioned. As you mentioned you take tuition for 6-7 hrs. Remember to take 5 minutes light walks every 1 hr. Little bit of stretching will also help. Early morning if you could do simple yoga for 10 minutes. This is enable faster healing.

At menopausal age, calcium deficiency is common. May b bcoz of that u r getting these boney pains. Take diet which is rich in calcium like, chikoo,guava,cashew nuts,ripe banana,ragi,etc. Do some regular exercise like morning walk which help absorb d calcium.
