Hello Doctor, I got married two months ago. The sexual relation between me and my husband is good but we are facing some problems nowadays. Our intercourse time lasts for 20 minutes including foreplay. But after the act, it becomes a bit painful for him to retract his foreskin. He has done some medical tests regarding infection diagnosis, but the report was normal. One of his colleagues has asked him to opt for circumcision but he is very reluctant to it as his glans penis is very sensitive. What should we do? I also wanted to know that if there is any specific spermicidal ointment which can be used as contraceptive as I do not like condoms, pills or IUDs?
