Dear Lybrate user there is no any specific quantity measures how much you can eat nonveg food it verise person to person. Usually nonveg foods are high fat and proteins so regular use of it enhance weight gain. If you are sedantry life style it causes harms. Better you do exercise regularly to burnt energy. You can take it in frequency with less quantity and soup of mutton is healthier food as per Ayurveda so you can take it. Take food with sence and Live healthy Lifestyle.?
