Hi doctors my baby is 1 month 5 day old yesterday morning she passed motion after that 2 times while leaving the gas she passed little very little after that in evening she passed motion again after 5 minutes she passed and today night also she passed motion I think loose motion with leafy green color seedy little mucus in it what s happening to my baby please help me out please please please I'm breastfeeding as well as giving formula.

No need to worry. It is an imbalance b/n breastfeeding and formula which may cause indigestion of milk sugar (lactose) in formula milk. So try to give more breastfeeding which feels three baby tummy full. Try to change him one breast to other which satisfy the baby.
