I have anxiety problem. I have started to do exercise regularly. But during night while sleeping I start to feel anxious, so to cope with anxiety I have started to masturbate before sleeping. Is there any effect of masturbating. Please suggest.

It's normal to Do Masturbation. Do not just make a habit but do whenever you have real desire to do. For anxiety problem you can visit a Psychologist and or do regular exercise, yoga and meditation, read books and play sports. Relax. Enjoy life.
