Extra weight on the body is due to excess consumption of Calories.. sweet stuff... fried stuff...Junk food.. chips.. colas... juices + lack of activity. There fore you need to reduce high calorie food and replace with more fruits / veggies and water. Do 60 minutes of high intensity exercise everyday... This will help you reduce weight gradually.
