Hi I am 18 years old and 6 feet tall weighing 65 kg. I am doing gyming these days. I am quite lanky and wanna gain some weight and mass to tone my body. Being an eggiterian what diet should I take. Which food items to eat and which to avoid. Please inform me.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. .
