I am losing my physical strength due to nightfall? How can I gain my physical strength? Please reply ASAP.

Hello Lybrate user, Nightfall is a very common phenomenon in teenage boys and becomes less frequent as one gets sexually active. Though not a potentially serious problem, excessive episodes can be a matter of concern that can lead to anxiety and stress. Please note that loss of physical strength has no relation with nightfall and there are no specific medications to cure it. To improve physical strength maintain a healthy exercise regime of gym training, yoga asanas, and pranayamas coupled with a balanced diet like to keep fit.
