Hai lybrate-user, Change your life style. Don't go for vigorous exercise all of a sudden just for the sake of doing exercise and getting rid of fat at the earliest. Instead, walk mostly, for most of your needs like walking to the nearby market. Avoid lifts and escalators. However high the building may be, use stairs at all instances possible. You can also try washing your clothes by hand. Drink plenty of water. Have fibre rich diet including fruits and vegetables. I think you are having regular periods.
