Actually my wife is 3.5 month pregnant and at least once or twice in a week she vomits and after that she says that she feel so weakness and after that she not have any food is that all normal or there is some problems and also it's our 2nd child 1st one is got aborted by natural mean we have not done anything doctor had said that because she has some infection problem because of that the 1 child is miscarriage Pls help me out m so worried about her.
